Biography

Born in Perth, Western Australia and trained in New York with Chris Potter and Seamus Blake, Graeme Blevins is one of London's most in-demand saxophonists, having completed world tours with Phil Collins, RAYE, Mark Knopfler, Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue.

Equally at home across jazz, contemporary and improvised music, he has hosted Double Tenor nights in London with Mark Turner and Joel Frahm, and performed and recorded with leading figures of the international jazz scene including Quincy Jones, Billy Cobham, Jeff Lorber, Kurt Elling, Jamie Cullum, Gregory Porter, Jacob Collier, Louis Cole, Bobby Watson, Charlie Hunter, Dominic Miller and Manu Katché.

He has also worked across the worlds of pop and entertainment with Taylor Swift, Noel Gallagher, Shirley Bassey, Seth MacFarlane, Mark Ronson and was a member of the Kyle Eastwood Band from 2006 to 2014.

A first call session musician at the top of London's recording scene, Graeme records regularly at Abbey Road and other leading studios, with credits spanning chart topping albums and Hollywood film scores including Mission: Impossible, Black Panther, Mary Poppins Returns and Don't Look Up.

Graeme is an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM) and presents masterclasses at the Royal College of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
